This is a subtitle, and it is applied with "span" (I did not make
this into a seperate paraghraph)
This actually is one of the "text articles" page designs. I
deleted a few of the layout features that I didn't like. In the page
design the
text column to the right is in a seperate nested table, I do not know
why... maybe it is an easy way to implement the picture without disrupting
the text that belongs with it.
It does mean that you have te be carefull when you play around with the format of the cells in the tables; the interactions may sometimes lead to weird results.
